Caleb is caught off guard, he wasn't expecting a visitor. Caleb warns Tris saying something is different. Something is going on in the Erudite faction. Tris says she can't stay, so she decides to leave. However, during this time, she is taken and forced to talk to what I believe is the antagonist of this novel. Jeanine asks her very personal questions, including her missing test results and also her feelings on the articles being published against Abnegation. Tris does well in this interrogation and she is let go. When she arrives back at Dauntless, not Christina, not Four, but Eric was standing at the door waiting for her. Eric chews her out, but Four comes to her rescue. This is good that Four stepped in otherwise Tris might have been forced to endure some harsh consequences! Tris tells Four everything she knows, and Four is interested in this dangerous information.
